Work We've Done
Led strategy and operating model design for a 1,500+ FTE business unit within a $70m transformation programme at the Ministry of Social Development. Delivered vision, future-state design and business architecture through extensive stakeholder workshops and alignment to the broader transformation strategy.
Developed and implemented ACC's Digital Services Strategy, shaping investment and delivery across $15m of annual spend and 300+ FTE. Covered self-service, API, voice, email and webchat channels. Also built and led ACC's internal business accelerator, generating $50m+ of opportunities across 28 propositions.
Led board and executive-level engagement and drafting of ACC's expanded transformation business case, including the Detailed Business Case for a $70m payment system replacement. Coordinated input across analytics, actuarial, investment and customer insight teams to build a case that withstood rigorous scrutiny.
End-to-end design and delivery of a standardised on-farm emissions calculation method for the Ministry for Primary Industries. Coordinated across science, policy, data and industry stakeholders, and developed a strategic partnership with AgResearch — including a $1m grant for data infrastructure and API integration.
Led the onboarding and support of 1,000+ primary care vaccination sites across New Zealand in support of the national Covid vaccine rollout. Coordinated across clinical, technology, logistics, payments and sector engagement teams to manage capacity planning, training and change at pace.
Developed ACC's Injury Prevention Strategy, operating model and structure across a $90m investment portfolio and 90+ FTE. Included cross-functional leadership and engagement with analytics, actuarial, investment and customer insight teams, alongside board strategy day facilitation.
